The Leica Stellaris 8 is a laser scanning confocal microscope system equipped with a tunable white light laser (485-790 nm) and 405 nm/448 nm diode lasers. There are five hybrid detectors (HyD) for high photon efficiency spectral detection from 410nm-850nm.
Applications: 2D or 3D fixed or live cell fluorescence imaging
