The Rigaku MiniFlex 6G is a benchtop powder X-ray diffractometer for structural and phase characterization of crystalline materials. The instrument can be used for powder diffraction measurements, phase identification/search-match analysis, comparison of diffraction patterns, crystallite-size analysis, and other routine powder XRD measurements.
